Just put some colour on your eyes as will lift the eyes, browns are lovely with blue eyes as make them stand out...& blend in the liner/eyeshadow under the eyes so it does not look so harsh.& mascara..ignore those who said you had a big nose, you look lovely & don't, typical girls who are jealous & petty...you don't need much make up, go for a nice radiant natural look with tinted moisturiser, little blush & lipgloss... :)

  A brown shadow in your eye crease which become slightly heavier at the edge would look nice. Or a liquid liner along your top lash line. Also a peachy cream/mousse blusher would suit you too - only a little bit though c: For your lips, use either a clear lip gloss or a dusty pink lip stick.

  shimmery goldish brown or bronzey eyeshadow with black eyeliner and black mascara will definitely bring out your eyes. (i.e: stila 'holly golightly', mac 'bronze', urban decay 'smog', etc)
  next apply peachy pink blush on the apples of your cheeks to warm up your complexion. And baby pink lipgloss to make you look fresher! :)
• I agree with jackie that you have a huge nose so maybe there is some kind of way you could apply your makeup to take attention away from your nose but im not sure how you would do that as im a guy, sorry.
• brown eyeliner top and bottom then add brown eyeshadow in the corner and smear it outward to make a smokey effect.... thats look great on you with brown mascara and a light light pink lipglosss
