okay the best foundation for your skin at the moment is none. wearing it is just making your skin dirtier and wont help clear you acne. try leaving it off for a while and i am sure you will see some improvement.

if you reeeaaallllllllllly want a good foundation try dream matte mousse by maybeline. i have got this really good one by YSL but it was quite expensive. it is quite thick and would probably do the job, check in department stores for it but it was around £30 so you may have to splash out a bit!!

  • don't over do the foundation, doesn't look good.
it's how you put on your make-up which unfortunately can be pricey.
Face primer -- put on to create a nice base for your foundation
Foundation -- i use dream matte mousse or the new dream liquid foundation.
Concealer -- not a specific one to use, but dot over places that still look red.
Fixing power -- Holds all the make-up in place and will help give it a more blended/natural look.

Try getting rid of your acne first though, by going to the doctor they can prescribe something.
  • MAC fix foundation does wonders on me. It has extremely good coverage. It's high quality, but not necessarily the best to use for your skin because they have fillers, etc. that can clog your pores/make you break out, so you just need to wash/clean your face every time before you go to sleep & you should be fine. But if you reallllly want to get rid of the redness, etc. the MAC fix foundation is the way to go.
  • Clinique Foundation works the best for me, and doesn't make your face feel oily or dry just perfect. And its not like thick or anything so you won't feel like a cake face. But for the acne try to put a darker concealer over like the major ance and then over that apply foundation. Hope this helps, goodluck :)
  • Use a Maxfactor concealer and then Maxfactor lasting performance foundation works for me!!! hope this helps plus make sure you remove your make up properly so your acne won't get any worse!!! hope this helps!
  • that rele inexpensive Natural collection range is great for teenages skin but i like Bourjois and Clinique
