What is the best eyeliner?

Could you put the UK price aswell please or if you dont have the price just put the eyeliner name please x

avon's eyeliners are actually amazing (:
then pencil one is anyway; it's like £2.
and collection 2000's liquid eyeliners amazing too, thats around £2.99.

  Urban Decay 24/7 Glide on Eye Pencil is the best, you can buy it at Boots, Debenhams, or House of Fraser. It's 10 pounds but it's worth it. Use eyelid primer or foundation to help keep eyeliner in place.
• Elizabeth Arden and Clinique are great and you get a wide range. But in all honesty when it comes to make up all you need is a good moisteriser and foundation. The rest can be any brands, be it cheaper lines or expensive.
• Maybelline. I do not know the price in UK, sorry.
